Global Village Foundation was established in January 2015 with a mission to provide research based efficient and appropriate policy frameworks. The driving force of our organization is to achieve an equitable society sustained by holistic and responsive development.

In the past year, we have worked with the state government of Haryana and achieved many a milestones. GVF has been appointed as a nodal agency to facilitate this process under a Memorandum of Understanding entered into between Technical Education Department, Government of Haryana, NASSCOM Foundation and GVF. We aspire to involve and inspire dialogue from all stakeholders concerned through this message.

Dr. Aniruddha Rajput is a Founder Trustee and Mentor of the Governing Council at Global Village Foundation (GVF). In this capacity he has been involved in advising the State Government of Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir on a wide range of economic and social issues. He practices as advocate in the Supreme Court of India and is the Additional Advocate General for the State of Jharkhand in the Supreme Court. He is a member of the Fifth Haryana State Finance Commission. He is the only Candidate of India for the Membership of the United Nations International Law Commission from India. He did LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and PhD from National University Singapore (NUS) . He also hold a graduate degree in Hindi ( Hindi Pundit) from Maharashtra Rashtrabhasha Sabha Pune.
